Compared with mature elevator markets, China's elevator market has not yet reached saturation, and the per capita ownership of elevators is an important indicator of urbanization level. China's per capita elevator ownership reached 24 sets/10000 people in 2014. Despite the rapid growth in per capita elevator ownership, China's current per capita elevator ownership is only half of the world average, and there is still a significant gap between China and developed countries in terms of per capita elevator ownership.
